Cyanotype Bouquet Service

Original Artwork made from your bouquet

Custom Bouquet Cyanotype (Original Artwork):

Transform your bouquet into a one-of-a-kind 22 × 30 inch cyanotype using an archival photographic process using organic matter and sunlight. Pressed flowers are translated into delicate silhouettes Against rich Cyan blue, preserving the beauty and structure of your bouquet long after the flowers themselves fade. This process offers a meaningful way to honor weddings, memorials, anniversaries, or personal milestones through a handcrafted photographic artwork designed to last.

Cyanotype is a contact-print process that transforms pressed flowers, leaves, feathers, and botanical matter into a two-dimensional composition, printed directly onto watercolor paper using sunlight.

Flowers That Work Best

Most flowers can be used, as long as they can be pressed and flattened. Blooms with thinner petals and open structures allow more light to pass through during exposure, creating greater translucency and fine detail in the final print. A mix of delicate flowers, foliage, and stems often produces the most dynamic results. Very thick, woody, or highly dimensional blooms may not press or print as successfully.

For examples of flowers that press well and additional guidance, please see the FAQ.
